Pricing

Clear pricing without pretending every problem is identical.

Defined services use fixed or starting prices. Unpredictable troubleshooting is billed hourly or quoted after an assessment. Additional work is always discussed first.

Pricing policy

Fixed pricing is used for tightly defined work. “Starting at” pricing is used when device count, data size, condition, or complexity may change the job. Unknown or custom issues receive an estimate or hourly rate.

Parts, subscriptions, software, parking, tolls, and outside-area travel are separate when applicable and approved before purchase.

Diagnostic fees are not free estimates

Diagnostic charges cover time and expertise used to identify a problem and recommend the next step. They apply even if a device is not repairable or you choose not to continue.
