What package pricing includes

Package prices cover labor for the stated service and included time. During that time, we focus on the related tasks that matter most to you.

Parts, hardware, paid software, subscriptions, parking, tolls, third-party services, and travel outside the standard Dayton service area are separate when applicable and approved before purchase.

Important scope details

Unrelated problems, additional devices, severe hardware failure, or work outside the original service may require additional approved time, another package, or a custom quote.

Diagnostic time still has value even when a device cannot be repaired or replacement is the better recommendation.
