Estimates and authorization

Prices may be fixed, starting prices, hourly rates, or estimates depending on scope. Work beyond the agreed scope requires customer approval. Parts, software, subscriptions, travel outside the standard area, parking, and tolls may be billed separately when disclosed.

Diagnostic charges

Diagnostic and labor charges cover time and expertise and are due once work is performed, even when a device is not repairable or the customer chooses not to proceed.

Data and backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining current backups. Technology service may involve risk of data loss, device failure, configuration changes, or warranty impact. Basic recovery attempts are not guaranteed, and failing or physically damaged storage may be referred to a specialist.

Accounts and ownership

Assistance with accounts is limited to official provider recovery processes. Customers must prove ownership, enter their own passwords, and receive their own verification codes. Password bypassing, cracking, activation-lock removal, or unauthorized access is not offered.

30-day workmanship guarantee

If the same issue returns within 30 days because of work performed by Justin's Tech Support, that work will be rechecked and corrected without an additional labor charge. This does not cover new or unrelated issues, failing hardware, malware reinfection, customer changes, updates, internet outages, unsupported equipment, manufacturer defects, or third-party services.

Limitation of service

No guarantee is made that every problem can be fixed, that data can be recovered, or that third-party products and services will remain available. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service to the extent permitted by law.
